The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and there were many issues like a broken hair dryer and missing basic items. Unfortunately, the slow checkout process added to the frustration, making it a less than ideal experience overall.

I had a disappointing experience at the hotel. While the location is great, right in the heart of Kajang town, the facilities are severely lacking. My room had broken amenities and the air conditioning didn't work properly. The service was far from satisfactory too, with rude staff and inefficient processes.
